How Project Admin Pro works
A connected project workspace designed around the principle: enter information once, use it everywhere.
Create a project
Set up the project and project directory once. Add the companies and people involved — their names, references and roles — so Project Admin Pro can use that information throughout the project lifecycle without you needing to re-enter it.
The project directory feeds into attendance lists, action attribution and document headers automatically. If you add a new person while preparing an agenda or minutes, they are also added to the directory so the information is available for every future document.
Capture project information
Use the six project modules to build a connected record of the project as it progresses:
- Agenda — prepare structured meeting agendas with attendees drawn from the project directory.
- Minutes — upload photographs of handwritten notes or type notes directly. Project Admin Pro generates draft minutes with a reference, item and action for each point.
- Project Notes — capture information quickly by typing a note, recording a voice note or uploading a photograph. Notes are stored against the project for later reference.
Connect the information
The six modules share project data rather than operating as separate tools:
- Actions identified in meeting minutes are presented for your approval before being added to the Project Tracker.
- Outstanding tracker items can be suggested as agenda points when preparing a future meeting.
- Stored minutes, tracker items and project notes can inform a Project Report for any selected period.
Project Admin Pro identifies connections and makes suggestions — you decide what becomes part of the formal project record.
Review and download
All generated documents are clearly marked as drafts until you review and approve them. You can edit the draft — minute text, action references, the action schedule — before the document is finalised.
Approved documents can be downloaded as Word or PDF files for issue, filing or distribution by whatever means your project requires.
Project Admin Pro does not send or publish documents on your behalf. You remain in control of what is issued and when.
